a fairly safe guess there, JJ..
need to be a little more specific though – it´s a bit like giving the answer, “in the universe” to the question of “where is Paris?” – correct, but a little vague!

Looks like a polar bear (top left) – pressing his head – probably trying to escape from a giant icey scrotum sac…..from a….ummm…..I dunno….an evil polar bear trapping sub-zero supervillain
